Reservations
At Umami Sushi Las Vegas, they no longer accept phone reservations. Instead, guests are required to visit the restaurant in person to secure a table. While this may result in wait times of around 30 minutes to an hour during peak periods, the restaurant's popularity ensures it’s well worth the wait. For larger groups, calling ahead might help, though it can be difficult to reach the restaurant by phone. With a diverse menu and a bustling atmosphere, Umami remains a top destination for sushi lovers in Las Vegas.
If you're planning to visit, make sure to arrive early, especially on weekends, to avoid long waits.

Food and service were great. Better come hungry for the all you can eat deal. I'm a big tipper but not a fan of them adding their own tip to the table. Tips are not required and a one year old does not count as a fifth person.
My family and I have been to Umami three times in the las two months. The AYCE Sushi is very good. We have had sushi from all over the world and would rank Umami in the top three Sushi restaurants. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. Our server all three times has been NV, ask for her, she is very attentive and helpful in describing the sushi rolls, as well as being able to make changes correctly to our orders. We are very satisfied and will be back in a few weeks. The all you can eat is AWESOME.
Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - ordered 3 rolls of Dancing Eel, Sun of the Beach, and Don't Cry Amigo. While the rolls looked a bit small, it was quite filling. All of the tools were yummy and the ingredients tasted fresh. We really appreciate that the sauces come on the side but are labeled so we know which goes together. We really like the spicy mayo eel sauce that came with sun of the beach but didn't care for the garlic ponzu hot sauce that came with don't cry amigo. Service: 5/5 - ordered at the counter to go, and Jericho was super friendly and helped make a few recommendations Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go. Quite busy as we consistently saw people coming in And out Value for price: 5/5 - decent price at around $12 per roll but there can be quite a wait depending on the time you get there. The parking lot is quite chaotic
Move over, Sushi Bomb! We've got a new favorite sushi spot that we are completely obsessed with. Heads up, though: they seem to have canceled their old $19.99 after 9:00 special, so expect to spend at least $80 ( drinks not included) for two . It’s expensive, but it's that good! My daughter and I crave it constantly. A friend introduced us, but I admit I feel guilty! We go so often with the kids that I'm always checking to make sure she isn't there. I know I should invite her, but sometimes I really just want to keep it a low-key, family-only outing.
Of course all you can eat sushi is great! They definitely don't oversize the ball of rice along with a small piece of fish, but you can eat as much as you want. So it works out. All you can eat does not mean drinks. Very varge variety of different types of sushi +. One thing I would say is some of the sushi didn't taste as good as I thought it would. But overall it was enjoyable. Also , the server was pretty quick refilling your sushi
